Be sure to quote and order Genworth MI for your > 80 LTV loans! After loan close, all eligible Genworth MI borrowers will receive a letter in the mail directing them to the Home Suite Home website where they can select from one of three benefits from our suite.

With the Homeowners Insurance Deductible Reimbursement, borrowers may be able to decrease their annual homeowners premiums, which may even decrease their PITI.

With the Appliance Home Warranty, borrowers may elect for coverage to begin in 12 months so as to provide coverage during Year 2.

ID Theft Reimbursement coverage provides reimbursement up to $1 million of expenses incurred in order to recover from fraud or a stolen identity.

Eligibility Requirements

All submission channels, MI payment plans, LTVs, occupancy types, and property types are eligible.
Fannie Mae's High LTV Refinance Option and Freddie Mac's Enhanced Relief Refinance^SM are ineligible.
All approved Genworth Master Policy holders are eligible to participate. Lending institution must opt-in to the program by contacting your Sales Representative in order for borrowers to be eligible for Home Suite Home benefits.
Home Suite Home program is available at no additional cost to either the lender or its borrower.
